Otherwise recently completed two signage designs for Harper Court, a redevelopment project headed by Vermilion Development in Chicago’s historic Hyde Park. This week, Otherwise was proud to see the installment of our work – one sign measuring 105 feet and the other measuring 175 feet – go up the fence located at the intersection of Hyde Park’s Lake Park Avenue and 53rd Street. With messages such as “A Unifying Vision + A Perfect Opportunity for Retails = Harper Court” and the logo, “Honoring the past. Inspiring the Future. Redefining destination,” the signage will create excitement and curiosity about the project for both Hyde Park community and potential retailers. Sure enough, we were happy to see pedestrians interact with the signs as soon as they had been installed. Destined to be the long-awaited center for entertainment, dining and retail, Harper Court is due to open in Hyde Park in 2013.
